After your Affiliate application is approved, we also collect additional personal information, including your full name, physical address, date of birth, telephone number, and, where applicable, your Skype ID.

The personal data you provide is necessary for the performance and enforcement of the contractual relationship between you and us, including notification of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
